Structure
Monroe Community Church is a dynamic and growth focused church intended to meet the spiritual needs of the community. In order to fulfill the vision that God has imparted to MCC we have created a organizational structure based on the UMC's Book of Discipline. Although, MCC is a mission church and functions under the auspices of their parent church, Trinity United Methodist Church of Spotswood, the need to organize is essential to enabling high-level, fully functioning ministries.
With room to expand as needed and meet the need of the local and global community, the basic structure is as follows:
